Volunteer & Intern Opportunities
Have you ever thought, “The little bit I can do will never make a difference” or “What in the world can I do?” Yes, it’s true that no individual alone can solve the world’s problems, but whatever you can do to help makes a tremendous difference in the lives of others.
Your compassion, coupled with your unique skills and talents, brings hope and strength to others while helping to improve quality of life for families affected by Parkinson’s. In doing so, you help make your community a happier and healthier place to live for everyone whose lives you touch.
The Parkinson’s Association of San Diego (PASD) is pleased to provide volunteers and student-interns the opportunity to learn how nonprofit human services agencies function and are managed. PASD coordinates a wide variety of programs and services, thus ensuring an appropriate match to your area of interest and abilities.
To volunteer or become a student intern please download our Volunteer Application and Confidentiality Agreement and mail to PASD, 8555 Aero Dr., Suite 308, San Diego, CA 92123-1745, or send a fax to 858-273-6764. For more information, call 858-273-6763 or toll-free at 877-737-7576, or email contactus@parkinsonsassociation.org.
